Is the "Mighty Mouse" from Apple a good product to use as a wireless mouse?

I am going to buy my first wireless mouse. I own a Macbook Pro and I thought that since I own a apple computer I have to use apple products and nothing else. Or can I use other wireless mouses that are good. I went to the Apple Online store and was checking out the comments and the ratings. The apple mighty mouse got 3 stars and the comments were almost all bad. Should I look somewhere else to find one or go with the apple mighty mouse. Please share some experiences you have had with yours or someone you know. Thank you

For macs Its the mouse to get, but honestly I think it sucks pretty bad for the price. You can get a much better, one; one that you can right click with for example, that is bluetooth and cheaper and nicer, with a better scroll wheel. The only reason to get it is because it is the "Apple" thing. which is enough for some people though
