Re-use Windows Vista 64bit disk on Macbook?

I recently built a PC this summer and I still have the Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit disk. My friend at school is selling me his Black Macbook and I was wondering if i can reuse this disc to install vista on the macbook via bootcamp. Is it possible to reuse this disc for another computer. Even if i could, how well would it run?

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz
2gb RAM
Intel GMA X3100 graphics processor using 144MB of DDR2
Leopard 10.5.5
It's the OEM version of vista.
There isnt anyway to install it again with the OEM?

You can reuse the disk to reinstall, but cannot run the OEM version concurrently on multiple machines. Installing it and activating it on a new machine will effectively deactivate it on the old machine the next time it checks activation status. So if you aren't currently using it on another machine, or won't be once you get the new machine, you can reinstall it.
