What size inverter do I need to power an in-car Xbox 360 and monitor?

I am thinking of putting my Xbox 360 and a 15" TFT LCD monitor in my car. I would also like to be able to charge my macbook at the same time. The Xbox reads 203 watts (but I've read its nearer 160), the monitor reads 240v, 0.8 amps (about 200 watts, which seems surprisingly high) and the laptop charger is 60 amps. Is this as straight forward as adding all the wattages together? I've read various things, including I might need 10 X this (apparently some appliances need a surge in power when they are starting up). Can anyone advise because I'm no expert on electronics and it's all getting a bit vague and confusing. Please remember they are all UK products so run on 240v
The laptop charger is 16.5 v and 3.65amps = 60 watts

240V AC @ 50 hz I presume.
Go for a 800W (minimum) 'pure sine wave' inverter. This type of inverter is absolutely essential; pure sine wave inverters are very important for electronic devices like Xbox, PS3 etc.
Be prepared to spend the money, they're not cheap, however it's worth the investment to spend a little more and get the right one.
Under no circumstances settle for the less expensive 'modified sine wave' type/s, the output fluctuations will cause you and your constant voltage dependant devices no end of grief!
