You are allowed to run XP on the new aluminum MacBook? ?

I read somewhere that the new aluminum MacBook has XP problems ... Also I read on Cnet that Vista has problems with the mouse trackpad again .. someone can clarify this for me ~

the only reason I have problems because it comes with Service Pack 3 for Windows that has a lot of errors only degrade
