Flashing Macbook Screen
Macbook boots up to a grey screen?
It just stays there. It boots up, goes to gray screen and.. does nothing.
No flashing folder with question mark or anything.
I just left it on my desk, went downstairs for a while and when i came back it wouldn't wake up from sleep mode.
Hold down the on/off key for 10 seconds. Then restart with the MacOs X DVD in it (hold down "c" key on a restart). This starts it up from the OS on the DVD. If it doesn't start up, phone Apple. If it does start up, run the disk utility program and have it repair your hard disk and repair your permissions.
