MacBook Shopping Question?

OK, so I'm shopping for a new macbook on macmall.com. Right now, I'm looking at a WHITE 2.4Ghz, 250GB,4GB macBook. I think it has everything I will nedd. My question is if theres any other specificatioons i should be worried about. Also, I like having original tings, so would the black laptop be a better choice? I've never seen a black macbook, so I don't know how it looks in person. I like how the white one looks though in general....SEE!?! this is what i need help with. I can't decide on anything. Things I AM sure about:

macbook
4gb RAM
superdrive
250 GB hardrive
2.4 ghz

Do you know what any of those crazy terms mean? They're always mentioned on the Paint.NET forums but I've never understood them...
