Do I need a new battery in my MacBook? Is AppleCare cover?
I have my MacBook in October and put in two years AppleCare regard. I literally use it everyday for everything. I noticed that the battery runs down after 2-3 hours of use from time to time I checked preferences Battery says im to 353 cycles and the number of "Condition: Check the batteries." Do I need a new battery? If so, does AppleCare cover a new one?
This is interesting. AppleCare does not cover batteries used, not defective. Therefore, if the battery is dying from overwork, not cover it. If you're dying because it is defective, replace. Not hurt to take it and see if it dies. Judging from the 353 charge cycles in a year and a half is probably used in excess. But the worst thing you can say no. The best - it will replace. Good luck!
