Macbook Pro problem, frozen?

I have a MacBook Pro and it has become frozen if held the power button and now Every time you turn shows the Apple Logo and Spinning wheel spin and never stops. I tried everything on the site of pimps and searched a number of things that were said to help. but nothing works for Please help!
