Im a Mac ..... but I need help?

Look, I just need to know since I bought a Mac for Christmas future. I hope my witch. Im going to use part of the school and some tips for the "fun" (as film images from the Internet music iChat etc.). I've heard a lot about of all Mac (MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, MacBook Pro) and are all mixed. Some say that "It is a great product and I recommend it, Ive had no problem with him. Others say, "im very disappointed with Apple's operating system crashed on me and is a very satisfactory." Whom should I believe?
