Sony Vaio Z vs Macbook Pro 15?

What would you recommend? I need a limited mobility, about 3.5 hours battery and use it for everyday use. I'm too busy being distracted by the use of media (like video editing laptops photo editing, etc..) But I hate slow and poorly constructed and I get this are the two best ultraportable (I prefer to have the i5 Processor Core 2 Duo in the race to 13).
