Is this offer on a macbook craigslist a scam?

I looked in my local craigslist for a MacBook. I thought I could maybe get a much room and saw an ad for $ 600 MacBook Pro 2.0Ghz. I contacted the seller and said that what she has Manchester, England and can not accept cash. Added in some photos of the computer and said it showed the U.S. perhaps to add some value. Then I asked if she would have to pay shipping and told me that DSL or something is capable of broadcasting and they will have for me in 3 days, but I told him I do not feel comfortable sending $ 600 in cash to a stranger, especially outside the U.S. and if theres no way you can send the first team because it has scam written all over it. Do you think the sound of a scam?
