Is it right for graphics on Macbook?

I recently became interested in the new Modbook. For those who do not know is for the third mod MacBook which eliminates the keyboard and the computer becomes a board with a tablet screen from Wacom. There are 2 GHz and 2.2 GHz models What I know is is it any good card consumer graphics programs like Photoshop or Painter?

I ordered one, and I hope it will be good to run programs like Photoshop, Painter and Sketchbook Pro I have Now a regular MacBook, the old processor, only one gig of RAM and leaves. I maxed out my ModBook order with 4 GB of RAM, but what is prudent for any person wants to run a large number of graphics programs.
