Macbook 'Not Charging', but MagSafe LED still on...?

Has anyone had this problem? Ive got a Macbook, a couple of months old and today, I've gone to charge it, using the MagSafe adapter & am getting the message 'Not Charging'. Also, strangley enough, the LED on the MagSafe remains on, even when it's not plugged into the mac.
It's possible that it is charging, but after various restarts, switching on and off at the mains, still having the same problem.

Take it to the AppleStore and have them check it. My guess is the battery is the problem.
