What kind of warranty comes with refurbished Xbox 360 from Microsoft?

My 360 recently got the RRoD and I sent it in to Microsoft for repair. It was past the one-year warranty, but still in the three-year one. I called them and they said that I am getting a refurbished 360 back from the repair center. How long is the warranty I am getting with the refurbished console?
Do I get any other kind of warranty, such as 90 days?

if you paid for the repair and they sent a refurbished ones you are going to get a 12 months warranty, and if you didn't pay you are going to get 90 days only
