Macbook Hacking

How do you know if your computer (MacBook) was hacked?
The green light on the I-Sight illuminates startup applications, without being opened. Finally succeeded in turning the computer off and remove the battery. However, I am very paranoid and now have in my mind that Big Brother is watching me. How I can know if someone has hacked my computer?
First, go to System Preferences-> cart Accounts->. Remove everything from the list (with a minus sign) you do not recognize. You probably have not been hacked. This means that someone is, indeed, make * *. You may have picked up some malware somewhere but probably has not been hacked, unless your friends are a joke on you. Incidentally, be careful when you are asked for your password. Whatever anti-virus Apple can put into the operating system, after entering the password, this power gives comprehensive program to do what you want to your system.
